Mistakes and Sucesses

Well, here I am, not quite two months into this venture and what have I discovered? First off, Wad Ojooo.com? Big mistake. My very first PTC venture and the worst.I think its gone out of business or is on the verge of shutting down. The Forum has been down for at least three weeks. You can't advertise, just a complete train wreck. Fortunately, I only lost, all told, about $20.00, but it was still sad.

Then we have the successes, quite a few, actually. I'll start with Scarlet-Clicks. Here are my referral stats.
Direct Referrals: 50
Rented Referrals: 510
Earned so far:
$91.57695

This does not include my clicks. On this site, I haven't done any offers, surveys, etc. For me, it's strickly a click ad site. The rented referrals are great! However, as you can see, I am over 500. So, I must up grade to annual gold, $90.00 under the current promo. I love Scarlet-Clicks!

Next, Neobux. I like Neobux a lot, a whole lot! Neobux appeals to people who just want to click or do offers as well as people interested in building their own downline. I have actively recruited for direct referrals with surprising success. I now have 34 direct referrals and I am going to continue to try and increase the numbers. Like so many other sites, if I want more referrals, I will need to upgrade to gold, annual fee, $100. I don 't mind. The ads pay more. Each day when I click through my ads, I earn almost fifty cents every day. Don't laugh. Neobux provides a lot of clicks, sometimes 150 or more. I have 34 direct referrals. They click more, I make more. Hopefully, at some point, some of my direct referrals will get their own direct referrals and I will make money off of both of them. Realistically, the percentage of direct referrals who are serious and in it for the long run, are small. It therefore behooves me to keep on increasing my referrals.

Next up, Clixsense. There are no rented referrals on Clixsense. You make your money doing surveys, offers clicking ads and hopefully, from your direct referrals. I have 21 direct referrals. I've made 35.00 and also discovered its a great site to advertise on. It is an old and reliable site. I have great hopes for it.

Now, let's turn our attention to GPT Planet, a sister site to Scarlet-Clicks. probably my biggest surprise. Like Scarlet-Clicks, it's a very straight forward site, with the emphasis on clicking ads. I have 450 rented referrals and have earned almost $70 simply clicking ads. Great site.

You will note I averaged $80 a month earnings from Scarlet-Clicks and GPT Planet. I really think I am on my way to that steady streaming monthly cash I wanted.

I have learned you need to advertise to get direct referrals. Well, at least I need to advertise. If you have a website, or know a lot of people, maybe you don't. However, I have had great luck using Clixsense and Neobux. They are both great sites to advertise on. I had the most luck with PTC micro ads but right now I am experimenting with clixgrid ads. Although the cash I earned on Clixsense and Neobux was low, the possibility of making money from a downline is too attractive to not pursue.

I'm not sure if anyone is reading this, but I will continue to chronicle my PTC adventure in a few days. Till then, keep clicking!

ADVERTISING

I have started advertising a few of the PTC sites that I use in an effort to get direct referrals. It's not outrageously expensive, but it's not cheap either. So far I have snagged 17 direct referrals, three for Clixsense and fourteen for Neobux. The  majority of my referrals come from Asia, many from India. I mention this because timing becomes significant. Although I have referrals in South America and Europe, the majority come from India.

Clixsense doesn't rent referrals at all. They encourage direct referrals through their site or some other site. The money comes from your referrals upgrading and buying ad credits. You also get commission on every click, every survey, task, free download, etc. If your referrals are very active, you probably want to consider going to Premium status for an annual cost of just $17.00.  Then, if your referral obtains a referral who upgrades, or buys a clixgrid link,  you get paid $2. Passive income! I would really like to be on that gravy train. Today, I received my first commission, .07. Yes, it's small, tiny really, but it can grow. It is the first flower in the referral garden that I am planting.

Basically, you need to buy advertising credits. Try clicking advertise and see what happens.  Each site is different. sometimes you buy credits and then go to the advertiser panel. It's really kind of trial and error. I have had great luck advertising Neobux on Clixsense. I use the cheap micro ads and get 5000 for five dollar. The next thing I need to do is to extend my referrals and look for referrals that need recycling. For those of you who would like to visit Clixsense, please ckick on the link below.

Experimenting With Ads

In the last few days, I have delved into the world of buying PTC ads. My purpose? Direct referrals. It has bothered me a great deal that two of the biggest and most popular PTC sites are Clicksense and Neobux. Yet I have had very little luck with either. So, after reading a ton of reviews and then watching endless YouTube videos, I decided to get my feet wet.

I bought ads on Clicksense using my Neobux referral link. It garnered me 4 direct referrals. I tried doing Clicksense on Neobux and received one direct referral for Clicksense. I am very  happy, but I still have a lot to learn. I am pouring the money I make back into the sites, upgrading, extending rentals and advertising. I feel confident that within six months, I can produce a steady monthly income of at least $200.

Clicksense and NeoBux

Today is March 14, marking my journey into the Pay To Click world at about three weeks. I have come to the conclusion, that for me, there are two easy winners; Clicksense and Scarlet Clicks. Scarlet Clicks is making $2.50 -$3.00 a day. I am reinvesting it back onto my site by extending my referrals and Gold membership. I am feeling very pleased. I have 360 RR's and 50 Direct Referrals.

I got my new laptop 3/8. I wanted it mostly to use on Neo Bux. I had great hopes for Neo Bux but I feel very disappointed in the actual outcome. Of the 50 RR's I rented 3/8, over 12 haven't clicked at all yet, which is almost 25%. In addition, the referrals who were clicking weren't credited to me. I was very careful about clicking at least 4 ads a day. However, when I requested assistance, I was told you need to click 4 ads a day. I replied with a screen cap of every ad being clicked and still seeing a message that says I need to click 4 ads a day and that so far I had zero ads clicked. My reply was deleted, understandable, it was quite lengthy and the next day my referrals started to earn. This experience with Neo Buxs has been depressing. To make money, I would need to go gold and that is $90.00 and rent a lot more referrals. I lack trust in this company and will be backing out of this site. This is just my opinion. There are a lot of people who love NeoBux, so I suggest try it for yourself, but be wary.

A more pleasant surprise was Clicksense. I have earned over $25.00 so far with little to no investment. I am trying to figure out how to advertise my referral link. I guess if I were younger, I would be more computer savvy. I need a more step by step approach, but I will continue to work on it and eventually, I will figure it out.

Now that I have the lap top, I am finding more and more surveys to take. Yesterday I made almost six dollars doing surveys. Today, about $2.00, but if you have the patience, the money is there and most surveys pay instantly. Many surveys require a computer with a mouse. I am probably rejected by 80% of the surveys. I think the demographics of my age and income figure into that a lot. I am sure if you are younger with children, there are a lot more surveys available.

I am still undecided about Ojooo, Clicksten and GPT.  Hopefully, by my next post, I will have more information and be able to make some decisions.

Scarlet Clicks

Today, I want to speak to you about my experience with Scarlet Clicks.  SC, as I refer to it, is a really easy site to manage. I can see how PTC would seem very attractive to people with extremely low incomes. If they have patience and a smart phone they can very, very slowly start to generate a small monthly income. If the annual average income is $100, then $10 per month income would be very appealing. So while many people in industrialized nations look down on PTC, it may be a boon to

Industrialized snob that I am, I am seeking to generate a monthly income of $150 on at least two sites. Ideally, I can have a total of $200-$300 to withdraw from my accounts each  Poor people anywhere in the world, as long as they have a smart phone or access to the internet.  It won't be easy and it will take time, but it can be done.

SC is the site showing me the most promise right now. Just clicking on ads is only going to generate fifty cents a month, if that much. So, I need to turn my attention to referrals and upgrading my membership. By upgrading my membership to gold, I get credit for the full amount of each click a referral makes. It adds up. Upgrading to Gold on SC is $20 month or $75 a year. Right now I am doing it monthly. Rented Referrals cost .15 each for 30 days. I have invested in 360 RR's. I also have 40 Direct referrals. Direct Referrals are pricey, 10 cost $20, but there are no other fees and you own them for life.

As of yesterday, between my clicking and my referrals, I am generating income of about $1.50 a day. Before expenses. Today, I added 200 referrals bring my total to 360 and 40 direct referrals. Today, I also learned how to extend a referral. Extending referrals is very important. I only did a few. I extended them for thirty days. Extending the rest will take a little work as I figure out the math. Ugh. I think you want to get 10 more direct referrals and 140 Rented Referrals and see what happens. Once I become more proficient with extending referrals, it will only take me a minute. I just need to click a box all the way down the RR page and then hit the drop down box at the bottom of the page. There I can extend for 15 or 30 days or even more. I can also delete or swap out a non paying referral. If they are not clicking, I don't want them.

Join me as I personally evaluate the Paid To Click  on line phenomena and learn if it is a scam or a successful money making opportunity. I've registered in Clicksense, Clixten, Ojooo, Scarlet Clicks, NeoBux, and GPT.

It seems everywhere you go on the internet these days, there's a banner on the page urging you to work from home and make untold riches. I have always viewed such ads as scams. I grew up with the mantra, "work or starve" and "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't." After all, nothing is free, right? Not exactly.

I find myself at a difficult point in life. I have never been good with money. I deeply resent the power it has over me and instead of respecting such power, I often throw good sense to the wind and act irresponsibly with my money. In the past, I'd have picked up a part time job, worked hard and I would have resolved my financial issue. Today I am 66 and medically disabled. I can't sit with my feet down for more than an hour without my feet becoming painfully swollen so a sit down job at a desk won't work. I also have an issue with tachycardia when I stand or walk; any job involving either is off limits. So if I can't sit at a job, or stand like a cashier or walk like a normal person, when it comes to finding a job, I'm pretty much screwed.

Recently, once again, I became careless and over extended myself. Those little 'get rich quick' banners became suddenly more enticing and demanded more attention.

The first banner I saw was for a PTC company called Clicksense. I googled it and read some reviews and was shocked to hear good things from objective reviews. I looked into other PTC companies and after a great deal of reading and watching videos, I registered with several companies.  My understanding of PTC is I am not going to become a millionaire. Not even close. However, with time and a small amount of money, I can set up a steady money stream.

It is recommended not to put all your money in one site. If the company should disappear, you would lose everything. So I picked out six. I found it interesting as I read the terms of service of each site, not one company will ever issue you a refund, regardless of reason.

So, I started.Wad.Ojooo at first, but I had so much trouble certifying my clicks, I quit. They ask you to draw a shape and provide a partial shape. If you do that, it won't validate. After much trial and error, I learned to just trace the two lines and it automatically validated. I did buy twenty referrals but with a balance of just .37, I need to figure out how to cut my losses and run from this site. It didn't help that while I was surfing around for this blog, I found an article giving OJOOO a very bad rep and not recommending them as they are experiencing financial problems and not paying on time.

All you have to do is click on an ad from the website's View Ads.  Your click is validated and you get paid for the click. Most clicks pay.001 so it can be slow. Clicksense offers other ways to make money by taking surveys and performing tasks. I made $10 performing a task. I think it was downloading a game and playing it.

I joined Clicksense 2/20/2017 and never laid out one cent. Today, my balance is $3.92 with an additional $10.00 pending. That pending $10 payment may take up to two months to actually post to my account.

This is an extremely popular site but I have been underwhelmed. For one thing, although not required, a really high percentage of surveys require a computer with a mouse. For another, there are no referrals. There is an affiliate program, but I found it too complex to understand and I am really not sure what it is. Which leads us to my biggest complaint, not enough help. The FAQ are small in number. There are no instructions or guidelines. The Forum was interesting but unhelpful. I get the impression you should know what you are doing and be savvy enough not to have to ask. I am leaning heavily towards dropping Clicksense as soon as my $10 payment converts from pending.  In the meantime, I will continue to click ads and when the laptop I recently ordered arrives, I will try the surveys again. I am not optimistic because on other sites where I can access the surveys, I rarely match the criteria necessary for the survey. Suffice to say, they are not looking for retired people.

Next time I will talk about my successes with Scarlet Clicks and NeoBux.
